I ordered a shower screen along with a bath and basin waste. The main page of the site claims free delivery, but it doesn’t mention that there are exceptions. I only found out the next day that I was hit with a £49.99 charge. My excitement about snagging a good deal quickly turned into disappointment. They really ought to make those delivery fees more obvious.

I purchased a Stark basin along with an L Cube vanity unit from RSF, and I must say, the buying process was pretty straightforward and quite efficient. A few days after placing my order, they reached out to inform me that the item from Germany was facing some manufacturing delays and offered a full refund, but I decided to stick with my order. Although they didn’t keep me in the loop about the delivery time changes, they were quick to respond to my questions regarding it. The product showed up well-packaged. Their online pricing was certainly competitive. I’d absolutely consider shopping with them again.

I got some goods that were damaged, and they flat out refused to send a replacement, hiding behind some questionable company policies. I had to go through a section 75 with my credit card provider just to get my money back.

I've placed a couple of big orders for Crosswater bathroom fixtures. The prices were reasonable, the delivery was quick, and we received plenty of updates. The items appear to be of high quality, and I’d surely shop with RSF again.

Luke from RSF has been incredibly helpful; he took the time to assist me with my orders and really connected with me. He went above and beyond to provide all the Axor bathroom items I needed, making everything super simple. The taps and showers I got from here are just awesome. Definitely a 10/10!

We visited RSF Bathrooms on Saturday, June 8th, 2019, to ask for a quote appointment. The owner opened the store half an hour late and let us wander around. The showroom appeared impressive from the outside, but as we explored inside, we noticed some dated installations, which made us question our choice. We nearly left, but then we met Ricky, the owner, who was super friendly and eager to help, so we decided to stick around. He seemed genuinely invested in our bathroom project and spent about an hour discussing various design options with us. However, he didn’t seem too enthusiastic about scheduling a visit to see our bathroom and provide a quote, but we figured that might just be his way of doing things. He took our contact info and said he’d swing by on the following Monday evening. When Monday rolled around, he didn’t show up. We followed up over the next three days and were told he would reach out, but that never happened. After a fourth attempt, he finally gave us a date and time for a visit. When the day came, we reached out to confirm, but he canceled and promised to get back to us with a new time – unfortunately, we’re still waiting! This is really frustrating since we wasted a week just waiting for a quote. If he had been upfront about not wanting the job or being too busy, we would’ve just moved on to someone else. Keeping us in limbo with false promises was misleading and unprofessional. It’s disheartening to see a local business treat its customers this way. Honesty is crucial, and it’s just common sense for a business to communicate clearly with its clients. Whether he was unable to take on the job, too busy, or simply uninterested, it’s basic courtesy to let customers know. We certainly wouldn’t recommend this place.

The website was super easy to navigate, with clear pricing and delivery fees. I was aware it was a special order, so I expected a wait of a few weeks. It showed up right on schedule, packed securely, and RSF offered the best deal I could locate. Great service - much appreciated!

You really can't beat the value and the service here. The staff are super friendly and always ready to help. They’ve got a can-do vibe that’s refreshing. It’s during a hiccup that you truly see a company’s worth. In this instance, we had low pressure, so a few items needed to be sourced from Hangrohe's warehouse in Germany. RSF Bathrooms pulled through and got the main items to me in just two days (there was a small fee), and they were quick to follow up on one item that was still outstanding.
